Purpose and operation:
Manual four-way valve is mainly used for switching liquid paths, and the material is usually 316L stainless steel.
There are two operating modes for manual four-way valves: manual mode and local mode. In manual mode, use the handwheel to operate the valve; In on-site mode, use an electric actuator to operate the valve.

Operation steps:
After the control panel is powered on, it will start immediately. At this time, the indicator lights on the control panel will light up, indicating that the four-way valve and feed valve are in electric state.
During operation, if the bottom feed block valve is fully closed, the four-way valve cannot switch in that direction. The bottom feed isolation valve must be opened before the four-way valve can switch in the corresponding direction.

Technical parameters:
The maximum working pressure of the four-way valve can reach 2.9 MPa (4.15 MPa for R410A refrigerant).
The pressure test pressure is 4.4 MPa (R410A: 6.23 MPa) applied to the inner cavity, without leakage, deformation, or damage.
The air tightness test pressure is 2.9 MPa (R410A: 4.15MPa) applied to the inner cavity, without leakage, deformation, or damage.

Troubleshooting:
If the handle has difficulty rotating, you can try using a wrench to loosen the nut on the back of the valve.
If the valve leaks, it may be due to loose nuts on the back of the valve or impurities entering the valve core. The solution is to tighten the nut or clean the valve core.
